Our guidance on the journeys is founded on a curiosity for the mind and an introspection of its nature. We explore the spiritual heritage of the Himalayan region by offering daily sessions in meditation practice and introduction into Buddhist philosophy. We immerse ourselves into the sacred places that we visit on our way, where meditators have practiced for centuries, while being supported by each other as a group of fellow pilgrims and by the communities of monks, nuns and laypeople whom we encounter.
