Paigambari wheat flour is freshly ground from naturally grown Paigambari wheat from Madhya Pradesh. This is an ancient Indian wheat variety, tracing its origins back to the Indus Valley Civilization.. In Punjab it is also called Sona Moti. It is a small, round grained wheat, which almost looks like sorghum.
Makes delicious chapattis, breads, and desserts like halwa and laddoo.
