The Vedas list precise instructions on the care of the household cow. They even prescribe when ghee should be made, and the direction of the churning. With milk sourced from grass-fed Desi Gir cows, our ghee is hand-churned the Bilona way, in earthen pots warmed by cow dung cakes. Its a labour-intensive process, but well worth the results.
